We always strive to show the condition and colour of our products as accurately as possible. Slight colour differences may still appear depending on your screen and on photography lighting.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are shopping from and may change without notice. All items are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an exchange or a refund.

Exchanges and refunds

Our full terms are set out in our Refund policy. In short: contact us within 7 days of your parcel being delivered for a size exchange, a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item or size shipped to you. An unboxing video is required. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.

Risk of loss

All items purchased from Hip & Tell are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for those items pass to you once we have delivered them to the carrier.
