Indonesia

You choose your courier at checkout, and the cost is calculated from your address. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Jabodetabek: 1 - 3 working days after shipment.
Other cities in Indonesia: 2 - 5 working days after shipment. Delays can happen over public holidays.

Choosing a faster courier service speeds up the courier's leg of the journey; it does not shorten the time we need to prepare and pack your order.

Malaysia and Singapore

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped. Customs handling can add time on some parcels, and that part is outside our control.

Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order processing

We operate Monday to Friday. A payment confirmation that arrives on a weekend or a public holiday is checked on the next business day, and orders are dispatched one business day after the payment is confirmed.

You will receive an email once your order has shipped.

If something goes wrong

We cannot guarantee every parcel arrives exactly on schedule — an address that cannot be found or nobody at home on the day will hold a delivery up — but every parcel is on its way to you, and our team will help you chase it.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, and once a courier has delivered a parcel to the address given on the order, the risk of loss passes to the recipient.

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of being shipped, contact us and we will look into it.
