Returns and exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is exactly how it works.
You have 7 days
Contact us within 7 days of your parcel being delivered. Requests made after that window cannot be processed.
What we accept
— A size exchange.
— A manufacturing defect.
— The wrong item or the wrong size shipped to you.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
What we need from you
An unboxing video is required. Record the parcel from the moment it is still sealed through to the item being taken out, in one continuous take, with the shipping label visible. Without this video we cannot process a return or an exchange.
The item must come back in the same condition it arrived in: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of marks and odours, and with all tags still attached.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a courier with tracking — we cannot process a return we do not receive.
If the return is because of a manufacturing defect or because we shipped you the wrong item or size, contact us before sending anything back and we will arrange the return with you.
How an exchange is handled
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size or item you want is no longer in stock, you can exchange it for a different product or we will refund you instead.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 - 7 working days of us receiving and checking the returned item. How long the money takes to appear after that depends on your bank.
Malaysia and Singapore
The same terms apply — the same 7 day window, the same unboxing video, the same condition requirements, and return shipping paid by the customer.
We do not have a return address in Malaysia or Singapore yet, so please contact us first and we will give you the return instructions for your country before you send anything.
