Please refer to our Sizing Chart on each individual product page. And please allow for 1-3 cm differences of sizing chart due to manual measurement and fabric stretchability.

WHAT'S YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. No refund & No exchange of size/product.

WE ACCEPT RETURN AND EXCHANGES DUE TO SOME REASONS OF :

Manufacturing defect, wrong products shipped and size exchanges.
You must make a request within 5 days after you have received the products. We will respond to your request as soon as we can, exchanges can only be made after you receive our response.

- All products must be exactly as you received them with tag still attached.

- All return fees for size exchange including delivery fees are borne by customer.

In case of manufacturing defect, you must provide photos as a proof.
We will bear the delivery cost of exchange only if we shipped wrong items or size, and manufacturing defects.
Product exchange only applied to products with manufactory defect and all exchanges are subject to availability. If the product is no longer in-stock, you can exchange it with others product. Or else, we will refund your purchase. Refund will be made in 5-7 working days.
You will then have 5 days starting from you receive our response to send it back, if we receive your package more than that, we have the right to cancel your product exchange.

CAN I EXCHANGE SALE ITEM(S)?

No, sale items are non exchangeable.
