Shipping & Return Policy
For domestic shipping, we use the following courier services:
- SiCepat (www.sicepat.com)
- JNT (www.jet.co.id)
Please allow 3 - 5 working days for domestic shipping (Indonesia), depending on the destination. More distant cities might require longer shipping time.
* When placing your order on HIPANDTELL.COM , please take into consideration that we operate Monday through Friday. Therefore, payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.
* Deliveries will be made one day after payment confirmation.
* We do not guarantee all package will be received on regular time, since there might be some problems happened such as the address cannot be found or there are no receiver on the destination address at the time goods are arrived), but we will make sure all packages will be arrive to your destination address, if you find problem on the delivery process, you can directly contact our team.
* You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
* Please be notified that we are not responsible for delay caused by courier service.
* Hip and Tell is not responsible for any risks of loss of the merchandise after courier has delivered the packages to the designated address.
* If your package does not arrive within 7 business days from shipment, Kindly contact our team for further assistance. We will be glad to help you.
* Do not forget to check your items upon received and do not hesitate to contact us if our product do not meet your satisfaction.
JABODETABEK AREA: Estimated delivery time: 1-3 working days after shipment.
OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA: Estimated delivery time: 2-5 working days after shipment. Delay might occur during public holidays.
Please note that the choice of courier's shipment service will not change our shipping schedule, which mean if you choose the one-day service for shipping, it will only process a faster shipment from the courier service but does not reduce our time to process your shipment.
Return & ExchangeAll sales are final. No refund & No exchange of size/product.
We accept return and exchanges due to some reasons of:
manufacturing defect, wrong products shipped and size exchanges.
* you must make a request within 5 days after you have received the products. We will respond to your request as soon as we can, exchanges can only be made after you receive our response.
* all products must be exactly as you received them with tag still attached.
* all return fees for size exchange including delivery fees are borne by customer.
* In case of manufacturing defect, you must provide photos as a proof.
* We will bear the delivery cost of exchange only if we shipped wrong items or size, and manufacturing defects.
* Product exchange only applied to products with manufactory defect and all exchanges are subject to availability. If the product is no longer in-stock, you can exchange it with others product. Or else, we will refund your purchase. Refund will be made in 5-7 working days.
* You will then have 5 days starting from you receive our response to send it back, if we receive your package more than that, we have the right to cancel your product exchange.
