These terms and conditions apply to all users (including casual browsers) whether or not the registration process has been completed.

By using this site, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions related to the usage and access of the site, as may be updated by Hip & Tell from time to time, with or without notice. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, taking part in any promotion, or using the site for any purpose, you are bound by these Terms of Service. Please check this page regularly to note any changes.

Products Description
Hip & Tell always strives to display the condition and colour of our products as accurately as possible. Slight colour differences may still appear depending on your screen and on photography lighting.

Problems With Your Order

Risk of loss
All items purchased from Hip & Tell are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Return & Exchange
We accept exchanges for a manufacturing defect, the wrong item or size shipped to you, or a size swap.

Contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are arranged after our team replies to you.
Items must be in the same condition you received them, with the tags still attached.
In case of a manufacturing defect, you must provide photos as proof.
Once we reply, you have 5 days to send the item back. If we receive your package after that, we have the right to cancel the exchange.
We cover the return shipping when the fault is ours — a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item or size shipped. For a size swap you requested, the return shipping is borne by you.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your size or product is no longer in stock, you can exchange it for another product, or else we will refund your purchase. Refunds are made within 5-7 working days.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. Outside the cases listed above, sales are final. Sale items are non-exchangeable.
