Shipping & Return Policy

For domestic shipping, we use the following courier services:

2. JNT (www.jet.co.id)
3. Grab (www.grab.com)
4. Gojek (www.gojek.com)

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for domestic shipping (Indonesia), depending on the destination. More distant cities might require longer shipping time.
* When placing your order on HIPANDTELL.COM , please take into consideration that we operate Monday through Friday. Therefore, payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.
* Deliveries will be made one day after payment confirmation.
* We do not guarantee all package will be received on regular time, since there might be some problems happened such as the address cannot be found or there are no receiver on the destination address at the time goods are arrived), but we will make sure all packages will be arrive to your destination address, if you find problem on the delivery process, you can directly contact our team.
* You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
* Please be notified that we are not responsible for delay caused by courier service.
* Hip and Tell is not responsible for any risks of loss of the merchandise after courier has delivered the packages to the designated address.
* If your package does not arrive within 7 business days from shipment, kindly contact our team for further assistance. We will be glad to help you.
* Do not forget to check your items upon received and do not hesitate to contact us if our product do not meet your satisfaction.

Shipping Schedule

JABODETABEK AREA: Estimated delivery time: 1-3 working days after shipment.
OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA: Estimated delivery time: 2-5 working days after shipment. Delay might occur during public holidays.

Please note that the choice of courier's shipment service will not change our shipping schedule, which mean if you choose the one-day service for shipping, it will only process a faster shipment from the courier service but does not reduce our time to process your shipment.

Shipping Cost

Indonesia. We cover your shipping up to Rp 20.000 on every order, and up to Rp 50.000 once your order is over Rp 500.000 — which covers standard couriers in full to most destinations. If your courier charges more than that, the difference is shown at checkout before you pay. Express services remain available at checkout at their own rate.

Please note that this shipping subsidy does not apply when a discount code is used on your order.

Malaysia & Singapore. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. Express services remain available at checkout at their own rate.

Return & Exchange

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

We accept exchanges for a manufacturing defect, the wrong item or size shipped to you, or a size swap.

How it works
* Contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are arranged after our team replies to you.
* Items must be in the same condition you received them, with the tags still attached.
* In case of a manufacturing defect, you must provide photos as proof.
* Once we reply, you have 5 days to send the item back. If we receive your package after that, we have the right to cancel the exchange.
* We cover the return shipping when the fault is ours — a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item or size shipped. For a size swap you requested, the return shipping is borne by you.
* Exchanges are subject to availability. If your size or product is no longer in stock, you can exchange it for another product, or else we will refund your purchase. Refunds are made within 5-7 working days.

What we can't do
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. Outside the cases listed above, sales are final.
