Birthday Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

The Birthday Giveaway runs from 1 September 2026, 00:00 WIB, to 30 September 2026, 23:59 WIB. These terms describe exactly how tickets are earned and how the draw is run.

How tickets are earned

• Every Rp 200.000 of order value earns one numbered ticket. Rp 400.000 earns two, Rp 600.000 earns three, and so on.
• Order value is counted after any discount and before shipping. An order of Rp 459.000 reduced to Rp 359.000 by a discount code earns one ticket, not two.
• Tickets are issued automatically. There is no form to fill in and nothing to claim.

Who can take part

• Orders placed on hipandtell.com only. Purchases through Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia or WhatsApp do not earn tickets.
• Orders paid in Indonesian Rupiah only.
• You must be signed in to an account when you order. Guest checkout has nowhere to keep a ticket, so no ticket is issued.

When a ticket becomes active

• A ticket is issued when payment is confirmed, not when the order is placed. For bank transfer, that is after the transfer has been verified.
• Ticket numbers are four digits and are drawn from a pool of 10.000, shuffled once before the campaign opened. Numbers are never reused.
• Your tickets appear in My Account → Giveaway.

Cancellations and refunds

• If an order is cancelled, every ticket from that order is voided.
• If an order is refunded in full, every ticket from that order is voided.
• If an order is partly refunded, the tickets are recounted from what remains. An order of Rp 400.000 with two tickets, refunded down to Rp 200.000, keeps one.
• Voided tickets stay visible in your account, marked VOID, and are not entered in the draw.

The draw

• Friday, 2 October 2026, 19:00 WIB, live on Instagram @hipandtell.
• Numbers are drawn by hand from a physical bowl, on camera.
• Three prizes: Medicube set, Stanley Tumbler, and the grand prize Designer Bag — drawn last.
• One ticket can win one prize. A number already drawn is set aside before the next draw.
• Winning numbers are matched against your account, so you can check your own tickets at any time.

Claiming a prize

• Winners are contacted using the email and phone number on the winning order.
• Prizes are shipped to an address in Indonesia at no cost to the winner.
• If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the draw, that prize is redrawn.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or for other products.

Other conditions

• Orders created by Hip & Tell staff, test orders, and draft orders do not earn tickets.
• Hip & Tell may void tickets obtained through abuse of the mechanic, including orders placed with no intention of keeping them.
